Santa Says!

Santa says he can't wait to visit the studio on December 4 and 5! Limited bookings available for the creative, unique photos with the big guy in red! Santa wants your little ones to bring their letters to him with them! This will be a very exciting session if you book yours! Why get your child plopped down on a mall (or other fly by venue) Santa's lap and get the same ole, same ole shot taken for way too much money? Why not book with us and get unique photos that haven't been done a zillion times and capture your child's true personality and innocence of belief in Santa along with the magic of the holidays. Why not come here and get a 5 x 7 print unique to you, all of your photos (YES WE TAKE MORE THAN ONE-UNLIKE OTHER PLACES) and gifts for the kiddos and parents as well. These sessions are very limited and several spots are filled already. 9:30 a.m. on Saturday is the earliest still available appointment on Saturday and Sunday's earliest is 12:00, so pick your spot before they fill up! We have room for about 6 more each day.

Photos with Santa will be held next month..dates posted later today! If those dates won't work with your schedule, we have both digital and physical backgrounds that we can do your Christmas photos with any time during October, November or early December. More info later today!

It's Snowing!

We got our first snow this morning and it made me think I should remind everyone of our January promo shoots! We are now booking for our 1/5 & 1/6 Bath Time Fun and 1/17-18 Fun in the Snow and 1/23-24 Streetscapes sessions. The bath time fun will involve a metal tub, bubbles, bath supplies, towels and lots of fun! The Fun in the Snow sessions will be shot on a snowy background with props and accessories to add to the atmosphere, such as winter dresses, muffs and capes for the girls, etc. Streetscapes will have a city skyline, lighted lamp posts and more. Don't delay...book today! These sessions are selling out quickly. In fact, there are only 7 sessions remaining between all three types so get your time slot booked now! Occasions

All too often we hear people express that they need to get portraits done on their next "occasion"...birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, Christmas, Easter, etc. We believe here at American Tradition Photography that ALL of life is an "occasion"...an OCCASION to get a portrait done to capture "heartprints". The rest of the year 2009 is an occasion, the month of November is an occasion, today is an occasion, this very hour is an occasion, this very minute, this very second...all are "occasions". Our reasoning behind this? None of us know what faces us in our days ahead...bad weather, illness, time gets away from us and we don't get the portraits done, whatever it is...so think of EVERY minute of EVERY day as an occasion.
